B. Delivery
Delivery is made by DHL / German Post inside Germany and outside Germany we select a service provider regarding the adress. The costs incurred in each case can be found in the section below. Should you wish to send to outside Europe, please send us an email to info@ego-3d.de and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address (including country). We will then tell you if we can send in the appropriate country and tell you if the shipping costs because we have to ask our delivery partner.
C. Costs of shipping We charge a flat rate of 5.90 Euro per order for shipping within Germany. We charge a flat rate of 9.90 Euro per order for shipping within Europe. Please note that the delivery costs rises in the amount of 7.00 Euro if the payment "cash on delivery" was chosen.
D. Delivery time
To produce your bust, we need abaout 5 to 10 working days. The delivery time of a parcel is about 2 - 4 working days. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be no delivery.
